What we collect

The answers you give in our quote form (such as ZIP code, vehicle details, current insurer, driving history, homeownership, date of birth) and your contact details (name, email address, phone number). We also collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the ad or link that brought you to us.

How we use it

To match you with insurance companies, agents and marketing partners who can provide you with insurance quotes, and to run and improve our service. When you submit the form and give consent, we share your information with those companies so they can contact you by phone, text or email about quotes.

Selling and sharing of personal information

Sharing your quote request with insurance companies, agents and marketing partners in exchange for compensation may be considered a "sale" of personal information under some state laws. You can opt out of future sales at any time by emailing admin@smartteddy.ai with the subject "Do not sell my information".

Form recording and consent verification

To document your consent, our form may use services such as TrustedForm and Jornaya that record your interaction with the form page. These records are kept as proof of consent.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google advertising and analytics tags, to measure how our ads and pages perform.

Your choices

You can stop texts by replying STOP, and ask any company that contacts you to stop calling. To access or delete the information we hold about you, email admin@smartteddy.ai with your phone number and email address and we will respond promptly.
